Winners of the 2019 National Burger Day Ireland award for the “Best Gourmet Burger in Connaught”. Flipside was created in 2018 by two local Sligo men, Paul Brennan and David Dunne who share a love for burgers and beer. Flipside Sligo is an independent burger shop that is spacious and bright, we play upbeat music day and night. The burgers are seriously tasty, the cold beer satisfies, and the sides & shakes are deliciously addictive. If you want a party atmosphere by night, or a happy chilled hang out for the family by day, this is the place. Leave your worries at the door, and dive into the Flipside. We have vegan/ vegetarian options, as well as a variety of salads, sides, ice-cream sundaes and fries.

Flipside sources only the best in local produce! Our chargrilled burgers are made with love using 100% Irish Angus grass fed beef from Sligo’s William Clarke Butchers!
